Art of War - Day One

This past weekend, 4 of the Reluctant Conscripts (Mick, Tommy, Owen and myself) attended 'The Art of War', a 1750 LW tournament held at Sanctuary Gaming in Sutton-in-Ashfield. Organised by Steve Charlton, and fellow Conscript Tim Harris, this was a tournament with a twist. The top 32 ranked players had to play with tank or mechanised lists, or face a points penalty.

German 250 halftracks

These have been painted up as transports for my Art of War army, for my Mechanised School infantry platoon. I have 7 more i will need to paint at some point.

Borgwards

So, not a lot going on hobby wise since EW Sturm in March, been busy at work. But to get back into the groove, i painted these Borgwards. Two reasons: they are super easy to paint, and i got a deal buying them in the 'bring and buy' at EW Sturm. I am currently painting a selection of German heavy armour for Art of War this weekend, a 1750 LW event run by our own Tim Harris. Anyway. Pictures:
